Celebrating her birthday and Pride month in two stylish looks.
Emily Ratajkowski has been spotted in some seriously fashion-forward ‘fits lately. The model and writer, who turned 32 on June 7, documented her stylish birthday festivities with a new post on Instagram.
She started the week when she stepped out with her gal pals in New York to kick off her birthday celebrations, Emily Ratajkowski modelled a particularly epic outfit with nods to both Pride month and the Y2K trend in one go.
She partied with friends in New York City while wearing a white tube top and a pair of vintage low-rise pants from Dolce & Gabbana. The trousers featured a vertically striped rainbow pattern made up of patchwork leather and suede panels. She finished off the look with metallic gold Jimmy Choo heels and a glittering silver chainmail bag from Paco Rabanne, then further accessorised with a yellow gemstone pendant necklace and a few rings.
Not sure about you, but we are absolutely in LOVE with Em’s epic trousers. The suede! The bright rainbow shades! The ultra-low waist! The leg-lengthening stripes! They are truly a sight to behold, and a suitably stylish nod to Pride, too. However, annoyingly for us – though great for the planet! – Her exact trousers are super rare, vintage Dolce & Gabbana from the brand’s Spring 2002 collection, so not quite the easiest look to copy.
Her next stunning look came forth when she celebrated her 32nd birthday. To ring in another trip around the sun, Ratajkowski put a sultry spin on the little black dress by wearing a lace-up leather minidress with spaghetti straps, a curved bustier, a pleated skirt, and a side leg slit that nearly grazed her hips. She finished off the look with strappy lace-up heels in black.
Her glam upped the ante. It consisted of bold shimmering red eye shadow, rosy blush across her cheekbones and nose, and a glossy pink lip.
Ratajkowski additionally included several photos and a video of her two-year-old son, Sylvester “Sly” Apollo, whom she shares with ex-husband Sebastian Bear-McClard. Sly—who looked adorable in a navy blue T-shirt and khaki shorts featuring illustrations of anchors and life rings—was filmed helping Ratajkowski blow out the candles on her birthday cake, eating his fill of the cake, and smiling widely next to an array of floral arrangements.
