Red carpet season comes to an end with what is arguably the most glamorous award show of them all: The Oscars.
Hosted in Los Angeles, California, the new 95th edition of the Annual Academy Awards was for sure one of the biggest shows in Oscars’ history. The ceremony brought Hollywood actors, presenters and hosts to the “champagne” carpet to celebrate the most important movie releases of all time. It was there that we saw our favourite music and social stars hitting the carpet alongside A-listers like Jessica Chastain, Nicole Kidman, and Cate Blanchett. This year, Lady Gaga hit the “champagne” carpet, giving us a hint that she is finally back! Moreover, after her incredible performance at the Superbowl, Rihanna blessed us with her presence looking gorgeous and glowy pregnant.

Vanessa Hudgens looked elegant and classic in her Old Hollywood glam. To match her vintage Chanel gown, the actress and singer wore a delicate black ribbon around her bin tied nicely into a bow. She kept her makeup minimal, with a nude lip and subtle smokey shadow all over her lids, proving that she is the Queen of carpets!
SOFIA CARSON
Looking very much like a Disney princess, Sofia Carson wore a sleek French roll chignon and equally bold brows and a cat-eye eyeliner. She had her classic makeup done by makeup artist Karan Mitchell using Valentino Beauty products.
RIHANNA
You can never go wrong with a deep red lip. Take a cue from Rihanna, who wore it on the red carpet. Of course, all her makeup look was done by using products from her own beauty label, Fenty Beauty. For the occasion, wearing a creamy, satin red lipstick with red nails and a loose top knot. “We wanted to create a monochromatic makeup look with a maple-red lip and highlight, punctuated by strong black eyeliner, to echo the structure of Rihanna’s gown,” Priscilla Ono, the celebrity makeup artist behind the look said.
LADY GAGA
Lady Gaga looked so amazing on the red carpet, wearing an incredible all-black Versace gown. To complement her look, she also wore a stunning ‘80s-inspired smokey eyes makeup look, using products from her iconic beauty brand Haus Lab. Her hair look done by hairstylist Frederic Aspiras was also stunning.
FLORENCE PUGH
With a gown this vibrant, beauty needs to take a more subtle approach. What we love about this Florence Pugh look is that her “ponytail into bangs” paired perfectly with her Valentino Couture gown. Her glowy makeup was painted on by Alex Babsky using Valentino Beauty products, and her nails were by Dawn Sterling.
