Gisele Bündchen Stars in the New Burberry Campaign

Fashion is timeless in the latest collection fronted by the Brazilian supermodel.

Burberry TB Summer Monogram is back! Designed by Chief Creative Officer Riccardo Tisci, this collection supplements an opulent campaign featuring Brazilian supermodel and V’s most recent cover star, Gisele Bündchen.

Imagined through the lens of Luigi & Iango, the TB Summer Monogram campaign stars a candid and elegant Bündchen posing in front of unreleased black and white portraits photographed by the duo ten years prior.

As it is a perfect blend of archival and modern, Burberry combines the iconic check print with the TB monogram.

Bündchen joins a long list of iconic models who have fronted campaigns for the brand in 2022, including the likes of Bella Hadid, Jourdan Dunn, Lourdes Leon and Ella Richards.

“I was so happy to see Riccardo again after such a long time and shooting with my sweet friends Luigi and Iango is always a blast,” Bündchen said. “It was so special spending time with everyone, we had so much fun on set.”

Riccardo Tisci devised the campaign, creating an innovative storyline in which the muse is seen posing in front of images captured a decade earlier. In addition, the campaign brought together a whole team of experts such as stylist Suzanne Koller and makeup artist Georgi Sandev. They were able to capture the magic and essence of the campaign.

The Monogram campaign itself seeks to revive the brand’s iconic heritage, combining the check pattern with the TB Monogram.

The collection includes womenswear (trench coats, blouses, wool-blend cardigans, polo shirts, T-shirts, hoodies, cropped tops, leggings, eyewear and swimwear) and menswear (sweatshirts, Oxford shirts, silk-blend bomber jackets, hooded jackets and wool sweaters).

As for accessories, there are bucket and baseball caps, Lola and Freya bags, linen high-top and leather sneakers with contrast piping. linen, leather toe shoes with contrast piping, neoprene sandals, sunglasses and a jacquard woven towel.
